Yes. I agree with what Brendan had said here. Hiring a realtor can really help you decide which is best for you. But of course, in the end it's still your choice. The realtor will just give you ideas or suggestions that would help you pick which is the best choice.

Also, you may conduct open house periodically so that potential buyers can tour your house.
