Even Obama's administration is "Going Green." One of the most important things we must do today is conserve water. I conserve water in any way that I can. Sometimes, I collect rainwater to water the plants.

A lot of people may be wary of the idea of green living after reading this, as it entails a lot of renovation and changes from the type of homes they have now. But we have to think of the long term-value these types of houses give to fully see the benefits.

Interesting post. It's amazing how with a few small steps and decisions you can reduce the amount of money and energy you waste on your house keeping needs. For example:I never thought about the place of the hot water tank, and how can a good location of it can help saving energy. Thank you!
