Check furnace and A/C filters regularly.
Check batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Check refrigerators, washing machines, and toilets for leaks.
Know where water shut-off is.
Clean dryer vents regularly. Lint can cause fire.
Plan and exercise fire safety escape routes
Have ABC fire extinguisher in garage and kitchen
Those are rare house safety tips, Sir! It's really important to check hazardous appliances that may cause fire. Generally speaking, I think fire is the most common house accident!
