I was listening to a sports news radio station yesterday right before Troy Aikman was inducted into the Football Hall of Fame. When I think about that kind of an achievement I always wonder how he got there as well as all of the others that have been inducted prior to him. During that same radio show the commentator commented that Troy was all about "TEAM". None of them got there on their own and neither did Troy... Troy got there because he knew the value of "TEAM". Sure, he was a great quarterback (and a great leader) but if he didn't have a good front line protecting him, great wide receivers or running backs and a good defensive team he would have just been another good quarterback. Years ago Tom Landry said it better than anyone, "NO MATTER HOW MANY HONORS YOU RECEIVE YOU WILL NEVER BE GREATER THAN THE TEAM"...
